What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
Where is the 2025 Annual Meeting located?

How do I confirm my hotel reservation?
In order to confirm your reservation, please call the Reservations Department at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center at +1 720-452-6900.

When is the hotel cutoff date?
The cutoff date for hotel reservations is March 10, 2025. For more information on the IAOHIF discounted rate and how to book, please view the Hotel Information section.
What is the cancellation policy?
Only emailed cancellations received by February 28, 2025, will be accepted. Send cancellation requests to [email protected]. An administrative $50 processing fee will be deducted from refunds made for cancellations received by February 28, 2025. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 28, 2025, and no-shows require payment in full. All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
